Catering cook — Ibarapa East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Ibarapa East, Oyo State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
