Rebar fixer wanted in Pierce County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Pierce County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
