Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
