Waiter wanted in La Salle County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in La Salle County, Texas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
