Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Sherman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Sherman County, Nebraska. You will be based at an open-cast mine. The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
