Dish pit attendant • Franklin County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Franklin County, Illinois. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. We offer $15 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
