Butcher wanted in La Paz County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in La Paz County, Arizona. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
