Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto electrical technician in Iowa County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors; replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner; read wiring diagrams and trace circuits; read and clear ECU fault codes. You should have: • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Own basic hand tools preferred • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods 4+ years on the tools preferred.
