You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour.
