What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day to day you will follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; set up and start the machine as per the job card. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
