Powder coating sprayer wanted in Middlesex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Overtime paid at a premium rate.
