On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
