Stainless steel welder wanted in Richmond County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Richmond County, Virginia. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). What we are looking for: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time with occasional weekends. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
