Scullery hand — Allendale County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Allendale County, South Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
