Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Maury County, Tennessee. Day to day you will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
