Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Sullivan County, Indiana. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
