You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time, day shift.
