On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
