Fabricator-welder wanted in Konduga

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Konduga, Borno State. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
