The role involves reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time; help load luggage on airport and hotel runs; check engine oil, coolant and washer fluid levels before each shift; keep the cabin and seats clean and tidy between runs; make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely.
