Great opportunity: dough maker (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Jessamine County, Kentucky. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
