Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Slough, England. You will be based on an industrial construction site. The role involves clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
