Now hiring: heavy equipment operator (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Montgomery County, Maryland. The job is at a stone quarry. Your main tasks: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 4+ years on the tools preferred.
