Vacancy available: we are hiring a car wiring technician in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner Ideal candidate: • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
