Escalator technician wanted in Linn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Linn County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
