Rebar installer • Sampson County, North Carolina

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar installer in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will work on a commercial tower construction site. On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
