Steward wanted in Fisher County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Fisher County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
