Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Prince George's County, Maryland. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; assemble column and beam cages on the bench.
