Dishwashing attendant • Charanchi, Katsina State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
