Urgent requirement: meat cutter (South Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Beadle County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
