We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Buckinghamshire, England. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Overtime paid at a premium rate.
