Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lincoln County, Idaho. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
