Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Pratt County, Kansas. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Rotating shifts.
