Great opportunity: cnc lathe operator (Montana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Garfield County, Montana. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Your main tasks: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
