Immediate opening: pressman (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Gallatin County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work On the job you will handle: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
