Flat roof installer — Northampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Northampton County, North Carolina. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. On a typical shift you will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Rotating shifts.
