Press setter operator wanted in Clark County

Join our team: we are hiring a press setter operator in Clark County, Illinois. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
