We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Cedar County, Nebraska. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day-to-day duties: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Part-time with flexible hours.
