Laundry presser wanted in Lauderdale County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a laundry presser in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day-to-day duties: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
