The role involves: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
