Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
