Join our team: long-haul driver (Alabama)

Now hiring: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Madison County, Alabama. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. You should have: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
