Scaffolding erector wanted in DeSoto County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang On the job you will handle: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors Rotating shifts.
