Pot washer wanted in Yadkin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
