Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Pecos County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes On a typical shift you will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place.
