Fusing press operator • East Lothian, Scotland

Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in East Lothian, Scotland. You will work in a tailoring workshop. You will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
