Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor screeder in Jefferson County, Colorado. The job is in a residential housing project. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Your main tasks: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
