Gas installation technician — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Washington County, Nebraska. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Full-time, day shift.
