Punch press operator • Henderson County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a punch press operator in Henderson County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
