Auto electrical technician • Hamilton County, Illinois

Now hiring: we are hiring an auto electrical technician in Hamilton County, Illinois. You will be based at a car electrical accessories shop. Your main tasks: • Fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Repair air-conditioning electrical controls Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools preferred • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods • 2+ years' hands-on auto electrical experience At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
